  • 1 x Hista-Aid®
  • 1 x Quinton® Daily Nasal Spray

Hista-Aid®: Take 4 pumps as needed. Hold in mouth 30 - 90 seconds before swallowing. May be repeated up to 8 pumps for advanced cases. May be mixed into water. Best taken on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant, breast-feeding or planning to become pregnant, consult your physician before use. 

Quinton® Daily Nasal Spray: Use 1 to 6 times a day. Daily use, no restrictions. Suitable for adults and children 6 years and older.  

  • Attach the nozzle to the bottle. Press the nozzle until it produces a spray.  
  • Carefully insert the end of the nozzle into one nostril and tilt your head to the opposite side.
  • Press the nozzle and inhale until it is completely washed.  
  • Repeat the process in the second nostril.  
  • When finished, wash the nozzle with soapy water.

Directions The usual dose is 1 – 6 times a day. Thanks to its spray nozzle, it can be used in any position. The gas propellant (compressed air) is not in contact with the solution.
