Pure DHEA: Take 1 pump by mouth. Hold in mouth for 30-90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult with a physician before use. Store at room temperature.

Thrivagen: Take 2 pumps by mouth twice daily. Hold in mouth 30-90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 60 days of opening. If pregnant or breast feeding, consult a physician before use. Store at room temperature.
