Ultra Vitamin® - Take 1 teaspoon by mouth once daily. Hold in mouth 30 - 90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, consult your physician before use.

Bitters® No. 9 - Use 1-2 pumps in water or into mouth three times daily. Alternatively, use 2-4 pumps in sparkling water during or after meals, and as needed for digestive comfort. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant, breast-feeding, or planning to become pregnant, consult your physician before use.
