Catalyzed Mineral Complex: Take 4 capsules by mouth once daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not take more than the recommended dose. If stomach sensitivity occurs, take with meals. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a physician before use. 

Ultra Vitamin®: Take 1 teaspoon by mouth once daily. Hold in mouth 30 - 90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional.
